Physicals for Overseas Travel
Physicals for overseas travel are covered for an active duty family member when required to accompany an active duty service member with orders outside the United States and such travel is being performed under orders from a uniformed service. See sponsor’s command for assistance.
Annual or Routine Physical
Routine physicals are not covered; however, many of the services offered in a physical may be covered under a clinical preventive exam. Work-related physicals or physicals for pre-employment are not a covered benefit.
School Physicals
Physical examinations required in connection with school enrollment are covered.
Sports Physicals
Sports physicals are not a covered benefit.
